The Bharat Bhushan Tiwari encounter case has sparked widespread discussion in Bihar. Amid growing public attention, Bihar Disaster Management Minister Ratnesh Sada stated that Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has ordered an investigation into the matter.
According to the minister, the government is treating the case seriously and ensuring a fair probe. He said a case under Section 302 has been registered and the role of the accused police officials is being examined.
Ratnesh Sada emphasized that the government is not trying to shield anyone. He stated that strict legal action will be taken against whoever is found guilty during the investigation.
Responding to questions about the large public gathering and Mahapanchayat organized over the issue, the minister said the government's responsibility is to ensure justice and that decisions will be taken based on the findings of the inquiry.
On allegations related to a tender scam, Sada dismissed opposition claims and said that action would be taken against any individual found responsible, regardless of their position.
Regarding notices issued to coaching institutes over safety concerns, he warned that institutions failing to comply with safety regulations could face strict action, including sealing of premises if necessary.
The minister also said the Disaster Management Department is fully prepared for the monsoon season and any potential flood situation, with instructions already issued to district administrations across the state.
