Bomb-related note found at ayodhya Medical College

Ayodhya: A major security scare unfolded at Ayodhya Medical College after a handwritten note allegedly containing bomb-making information was discovered inside the institution's X-ray room. Following the discovery, the college administration immediately informed the police, prompting a large-scale investigation involving multiple security agencies.

During the preliminary investigation, police took student Sarfaraz Khan into custody for questioning. Several other students and staff members who were on duty during the night shift have also been questioned as investigators attempt to establish how the document reached the medical college premises.

According to officials, students reporting for morning duty found the suspicious note inside the X-ray room and immediately informed their supervisor. The matter was then escalated to the college administration, which contacted law enforcement without delay.

Medical College Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) Dr. Arvind Singh confirmed that the document contained suspicious content related to explosives. He stated that the matter was immediately reported to the police and emphasized that no conclusions should be drawn until the investigation is completed.

Apart from Sarfaraz Khan, police are also questioning X-ray technician Abhishek and other individuals who were present during the previous night's duty. Investigators are examining whether the incident was an act of mischief or part of a larger conspiracy.

Given the sensitivity of the matter, specialized agencies including the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS), Special Task Force (STF), Intelligence Bureau (IB) and other security units have joined the investigation. The note has been sent for forensic examination, while security around the medical college has been strengthened.

Ayodhya remains one of India's most sensitive religious cities due to the presence of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, which attracts thousands of devotees every day. Any potential security threat in the city is treated with the highest priority by law enforcement agencies.

Officials have stated that the investigation is ongoing and that appropriate legal action will be taken once the facts are fully established.
