Tiger Shroff Firing Case: 3 Accused in Police Custody Till October 31

Investigation Intensifies in Tiger Shroff Firing Case

The investigation into the firing case linked to actor Tiger Shroff has taken a significant step forward, with police continuing to examine the alleged roles of those arrested. The three accused already in custody were produced before the 37th Metropolitan Magistrate Court on Wednesday.

During the hearing, the prosecution presented details of the ongoing investigation and sought further police custody. The court remanded the three accused to police custody until October 31, allowing investigators additional time to question them and examine several unresolved aspects of the case.

Police are working to establish the sequence of events, identify the alleged roles of the accused and determine whether other individuals were involved in planning or carrying out the incident. Investigators are also examining the connections between the arrested individuals and the wider network allegedly associated with the case.

Five More People Arrested in Delhi and Haryana

Police informed the court that five additional people had been arrested in Delhi and Haryana. They are being brought to Mumbai for further questioning as part of the investigation.

According to the police, all the accused are allegedly linked to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Investigators are expected to examine the nature of these alleged connections and determine whether the newly arrested individuals had any role in planning, coordinating or facilitating the incident.

The arrests indicate that the investigation is not limited to the three people initially taken into custody. Police are attempting to establish whether the accused were connected through a wider network and whether additional individuals played a role before or after the incident. Their specific involvement, however, remains subject to investigation and verification of evidence.

Weapons Allegedly Used in the Crime Yet to Be Recovered

One of the key issues highlighted by the prosecution in court was that the weapons allegedly used in the crime had not yet been recovered. Their recovery is considered an important part of the investigation because it could help investigators establish further details about the incident.

Police are trying to determine where the weapons may have been taken and whether anyone helped conceal or dispose of them. Investigators may also examine the statements of the accused and other available evidence to identify the possible location of the weapons.

Until the weapons are recovered and examined, some questions surrounding their alleged use may remain unresolved. The police are therefore seeking additional time to pursue these leads and establish the facts through the investigation.

Allegation That Mobile Phones Were Destroyed

The prosecution also told the court that the accused had allegedly destroyed the mobile phones used in connection with the crime. Mobile devices can contain important digital evidence, including call records, messages, contact details and other information that may help investigators reconstruct communication between suspects.

Police are examining the circumstances in which the phones were allegedly destroyed. Investigators are trying to establish when this happened, who was involved and whether the destruction was intended to prevent the recovery of evidence. These questions will need to be assessed through questioning and any other evidence available to the investigation.

The alleged destruction of the phones has added another important dimension to the case, as investigators attempt to establish the communication links between the accused and determine whether any other individuals were in contact with them.

 Why Police Sought Further Custody

The prosecution argued that the alleged conspiracy had not yet been fully uncovered and that further custodial interrogation was necessary. Police said several aspects of the case remained under investigation, including the alleged financial transactions connected with the incident and the circumstances surrounding the destruction of the mobile phones.

Investigators are seeking to establish whether money changed hands in connection with the alleged crime and, if so, who may have been involved in those transactions. The financial trail could help police examine the possible links between the accused and determine whether the alleged incident involved coordination among multiple individuals.

Police also want to investigate how the weapons were handled and whether anyone assisted in concealing them. The additional custody period is expected to be used to question the accused and pursue leads that could help clarify these aspects of the case.

What Investigators Are Looking Into Next

The investigation is currently focused on several key areas: recovering the weapons allegedly used in the crime, examining the circumstances surrounding the destruction of the mobile phones, investigating possible financial transactions and establishing the connections among the arrested individuals.

The five people arrested in Delhi and Haryana are also expected to be questioned after being brought to Mumbai. Their statements and any evidence gathered during the investigation may help police determine whether the case involved a broader network and how the alleged incident was planned or coordinated.

For now, the investigation remains ongoing. The exact roles of the accused, the alleged motive and the full extent of the conspiracy will depend on the evidence gathered by the police. The allegations against the accused remain subject to investigation and judicial proceedings.
